After 14 years as an Art Director, I brought my expertise in creativity, project management, and visual direction into the wedding industry. This background allows me to develop a complete vision of each event, imagining the final result and ensuring that every element is cohesive and harmonious.

Planning a wedding requires experience, organization, and the ability to anticipate every detail. My role is to guide couples through a structured process, managing each phase with clarity and expertise so they can enjoy the journey while I take care of everything behind the scenes.

Creating a wedding in Italy means showcasing the beauty of our territory through culture, traditions, cuisine, and above all, hospitality. My goal is to offer couples and their guests an authentic experience, leaving them with unforgettable memories not only of a beautiful place, but also of the people who make Italy truly special.

I choose to work with a limited number of weddings each year to dedicate the highest level of attention, time, and care to every couple. Each event deserves a dedicated vision and a personalized approach, allowing me to oversee every detail and create a truly unique experience.

My working method is the result of a refined approach developed over time, where creative vision meets managerial expertise, and contemporary design blends with respect for Italian heritage and traditions.
Every wedding begins with a different story and is never replicated: my goal is to create an authentic experience, designed around the personality of the couple and the Italian destination chosen to celebrate their event.
I firmly believe that empathy and deep listening are the keys to transforming your wishes into reality. This connection, combined with complete transparency in my relationship with clients and meticulous attention to detail, is my formula for creating iconic celebrations: meaningful moments that leave an everlasting impression.
I love guiding Italian and international couples through the discovery of Italy’s beauty, not only through extraordinary locations, but also through its culture, traditions, gastronomy, and the hospitality of the people who make every experience truly unique.

Our guests were absolutely amazed and enchanted; the “labors” of their journey were amply rewarded by the incredible weekend they experienced. As we told you when we first met, the decision to get married in a region that wasn’t “ours” was not easy, and we took a high risk. But today, we are absolutely certain that it was completely worth it to live this fairy tale.

Professionalism– From day 1, Claudia was exceedingly professional. She never took long to respond to a question and no question was too small. She sourced and coordinated with vendors on our behalf, including venue, catering, hotels, transportation, photo/video, etc. There was a light concierge service offered to guests to help them book the hotel and transport. Every vendor she recommended was wonderful and she offered her professional opinion whenever asked.
Style and design– One reason we chose Claudia was because of the vibes/style of her weddings. I attached some of our photos here. Claudia listened to our requests and recommended vendors to help fulfill our vision, along with offering her own design expertise. This included having custom illustrations of our dog on the stationary, fulfilling our floral inspiration, finding a venue with a lot of greenery, etc.
Day of coordination– We didn’t have to deal with a single thing on our wedding day! It rained on our wedding day so we had to use our Plan B, but Claudia made it so seamless. It was so lovely we didn’t even miss the Plan A.
We could go on longer, but suffice it to say we 100% recommend Claudia’s wedding planning services!
