At the end of this unforgettable weekend, we want to take a moment to write you this message.

Yesterday was the best day of our lives, the crowning moment of our love, and the perfect conclusion to our wedding project. All of this was only possible thanks to you, guiding us step-by-step with your dedication and extreme expertise. You were our compass. We truly have no words to thank you for everything you did. Thanks to your coordination throughout the day, we were able to live it to the fullest without a single worry, knowing everything would go perfectly thanks to your presence and that of your assistants.

We will never forget the overwhelming emotion we felt when you showed us the hall; even in our wildest dreams, we couldn’t have imagined it looking so spectacular and breathtaking. In fact, we couldn’t hold back our tears of joy, and even now, as we write these lines, we are deeply moved. You gave us a dream!

Our guests were absolutely amazed and enchanted; the “labors” of their journey were amply rewarded by the incredible weekend they experienced. As we told you when we first met, the decision to get married in a region that wasn’t “ours” was not easy, and we took a high risk. But today, we are absolutely certain that it was completely worth it to live this fairy tale.

Your answers always gave us confidence and security! Thank you also for your endless patience!

We highly recommend Claudia for any destination couple planning their wedding in Italy!

Professionalism– From day 1, Claudia was exceedingly professional. She never took long to respond to a question and no question was too small. She sourced and coordinated with vendors on our behalf, including venue, catering, hotels, transportation, photo/video, etc. There was a light concierge service offered to guests to help them book the hotel and transport. Every vendor she recommended was wonderful and she offered her professional opinion whenever asked.

Style and design– One reason we chose Claudia was because of the vibes/style of her weddings. I attached some of our photos here. Claudia listened to our requests and recommended vendors to help fulfill our vision, along with offering her own design expertise. This included having custom illustrations of our dog on the stationary, fulfilling our floral inspiration, finding a venue with a lot of greenery, etc.

Day of coordination– We didn’t have to deal with a single thing on our wedding day! It rained on our wedding day so we had to use our Plan B, but Claudia made it so seamless. It was so lovely we didn’t even miss the Plan A.

We could go on longer, but suffice it to say we 100% recommend Claudia’s wedding planning services!

…they recommended Claudia and said “if you decide to take her, I promise you it will be the best decision you make for the wedding”. We did end up signing with Claudia and we can confirm it was truly the BEST decision we made.

Claudia was great to work with – passionate, excellent interpersonal skills that could manage a lot of family tense moments and keep everyone feeling happy and understood, extremely creative, and just a great person to be around. She recommended vendors with the best quality and with no bias. She was professional at all times, but with a friendly and human touch. Thank you Claudia for making our dream wedding possible!
